That passion led to the creation of Freedom Electrical Sales—a manufacturer’s representative agency designed to offer the time, attention, and strategic effort that many manufacturers need but often don’t receive from traditional reps. Our founder’s journey began straight out of college with a Hartford-based electrical distributor, followed by a pivotal role with a major fittings and lighting manufacturer. Over the years, he held positions as a local territory rep, regional sales manager, and eventually launched his own independent rep agency covering all six New England states. His expertise spans commercial and industrial construction, including high-profile projects like Boston’s “Big Dig,” where his representation secured approximately 90% of available dollars in his product category. The next phase of his career focused on the residential construction market at the corporate level, holding national sales roles and overseeing operations at two major national MRO and multifamily distributors based in Jacksonville and Tampa.
